abstract = {This research used explanatory research method, by using quantitative approach through questionnaire and documentation with 43 respondents as a sample. Descriptive technique and path analysis are used as analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that has been done, then from this research can be concluded as follows, first, there is significant impact of organizational culture on organizational commitment with a beta coefficient of 0.672, 5.812 and the value of the probability of (0.000) < 0.05. Second, there is significant impact of organizational commitment on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.403, 2.694 and the value of the probability of (0.010) < 0.05 . Third, there is significant impact of organizational culture on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.378, and the probability of 2.531 (0.015) < 0.05, which means that there is significant impact. Organizational culture variable also has a positive impact on employee performance through organizational commitment to the magnitude of the indirect effect of 0.271.},
