Pengaruh Budaya K3 dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Divisi Operasi Tambang di PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara

There have been many studies on organizational culture. However, there have been not many studies on safety culture especially in Indonesia. Furthermore, the studies of safety culture in its relations to leadership styles, job satisfaction and employee performance have been little. This study examines the impacts of safety culture and leadership styles on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data was obtained from the perception of employees who worked at Mining Operations Division of PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara, copper/gold mine in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara province. Data was collected through questionnaires sent to 150 employees, mostly heavy equipment operators and several field foremen. 131 were completed and returned however only 119 were valid for analysis. Statistical method used to test each hyphotesis was path analysis. The results showed that most hypothesis were confirmed. From five hypothesis, only one (H2) that had to be rejected. While four hypothesis i.e. H1, H3, H4 and H5were accepted. These results indicated that safety culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction (H1) but has no significant impact on performance (H2). Whilst leadership style has a significant impact on both job satisfaction (H3) and employee performance (H4). Finally, job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance (H5).

Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Trijata Denpasar

Organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are directly related to employee's performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) experienced by employee could reduce or increase employee's performance.The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of organizational commit-ment and job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its influence to the employee's performance.The samples of this research consisted of one hundred and twelve employees's Bhayangkara Trijata Hospital, Denpasar. Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) was run by an AMOS software for data analysis.The result of the analysis showed that the that organizational commitment, job satisfac-tion have positive influence and significant to Organizational Citizenship behavior and employee's performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior have positive influence and significant to employee's performance. This research also found out that organizational commitment, job satisfaction have positive influence and significant towards Organizatio-nal Citizenship behavior which later also influence the employee's performance.

Pengaruh Return on Assets (Roa), Return on Equity(roe), Net Interest Margin (Nim) Dan Rasio Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (Bopo), Terhadap Harga Saham Bank Di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to know the ROA (Return On Assets), ROE (Return On Equity), NIM (Net Interest Margin) and BOPO ratios that influence simultaneously or partially to the shares price in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The research is causal comparative the data resource that were used from bank aunual report 2003 until 2008 from Indonesia Stock exchange . According to the criteria in this research, the samples are 10 banks in industrial banking. For analysing the model and testing the research hypotheses, we used multiple linear regression analysis statistic method. Based on the research result and the hypotheses test, we can conclude as follow : 1) ROA, ROE, NIM and BOPO ratios influence simultaneausly to the shares price. 2) ROA, ROE, and BOPO ratios influence partially to the shares price while NIM ratio had proved not influence.
