Jurnal Penelitian Kehutanan Wallacea (JPK Wallacea) adalah publikasi ilmiah hasil penelitian bidang kehutanan. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Makassar yang sebelumnya bernama Balai Penelitian Kehutanan Makassar. JPK Wallacea diterbitkan dua kali setahun (April dan Agustus) dan pertama kali terbit pada bulan Agustus 2012.
