Salah satu point penting dalam akreditasi sebuah PTS adalah data lulusan atau alumni karena alumni merupakan cerminan keberhasilan dan mutu PTS dalam pelayanan pendidikan. Semakin mudah dan cepat alumni diserap dalam dunia kerja maka akan semakin baik. Untuk itu maka setiap kali akan melakukan re-akreditasi, STIKOM Uyelindo sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi di Nusa Tenggara Timur selalu melakukan tracer study alumni oleh setiap program studi yang ada.Tracer study alumni biasanya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada setiap lulusan yang diketahui alamatnya dan didatangi untuk mengisi kuisioner yang dikeluarkan oleh STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang. Hal ini tentu membutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang besar. Untuk itu maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membantu proses tracer study alumni berbasis website dengan menggunakan pendekatan e-community, dimana website akan berfungsi sebagai media untuk menampung data para alumni sebagai suatu komunitas sehingga komunikasi antar pihak kampus dengan alumni dan antar alumni tetap terjaga. Selain itu website ini akan memberikan informasi up to date kepada semua lulusan berupa perkembangan teknologi terkini, termasuk informasi lowongan pekerjaan untuk menjembatani alumni dengan Perusahaan-Perusahaan atau instansi yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja.Dengan media ini maka proses tracer study yang dilakukan oleh pihak lembaga akan lebih mudah dan data yang diperoleh pun up to date. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara untuk menunjang hasil penelitian yang akan dicapai yaitu terciptanya sebuah website berbasis e-community sebagai media penghimpun alumni STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang

Currently has been developing allkinds of methods to count. In essence all those methods is good, all the entitled to studies techniquesand children primary school rich in a technique. One method that have evolved to math especially incount is teaching jarimatika method. A jarimatika method is one way to count by using the tools thefingers. With the jarimatika methods students of trained for memorization calculation basicmathematical. The use of a method of jarimatika in a calculation on the mathematics can ease primaryschool student in learning a summation, the reduction of, multiplication, and division. This needs tothe knowing jarimatika method made in the form of multimedia namely interactive multimedia basicmathematical uses the jarimatika method. Interactive multimedia was created using MacromediaFlash 8. The Interactive multimedia made will be applied on primary schools Inpres Oebufu. TheInteractive multimedia is made to ease students in learn math and ease teaching and creating alearning more interesting.

Optimasi Hybrid Invisible Watermarking RDWT-DCT-SVD Menggunakan Algoritma PSO pada Citra Digital

It is now so easy in this digital age to duplicating and distributing any information, particularly in image data which makes some people using it for negative purposes because by using false image information, indeed violates intellectual property rights from data ownership. The Watermarking method is one of many approaches to copyright protection. There are several ways to apply watermarking, one of them is a hybrid invisible watermark. Research that has been done by Anu Bajaj in 2013 which combining RDWT-DCT-SVD techniques by proving the results of its efficiency with PSNR values for different attacks. However, on its research advice told watermarking hybrid is not safe, so on the next research, it is recommended to increase the security in the form of optimization in terms of inserting information into the input image, in order to improve PSNR assessment scheme which is sufficiently safe and higher. The goal of this research is the author adding the PSO algorithm to be combined with its hybrid technique with the intention of providing security in terms of inserting and giving improvement on the PSNR scheme. By this analysis result, examination and comparison can be concluded that hybrid invisible watermarking, RDWT-DCT-SVD with PSO optimizing have significantly higher results that have means 50 dB, so this has better imperceptibility quality..
