Memberikan ruang publikasi bagi artikel ilmiah dalam lingkup ilmu-ilmu pertanian yang meliputi hasil-hasil penelitian dan analisis kebijakan yang bersifat aplikatif mencakup pertanian dalam arti luas dengan prioritas pada ilmu dan teknologi pertanian lahan kering yang berbasis pada prinsip-prinsip konservasi.
