This research aims to identify and analyze the impact of the use of credit card defaults, following adinistrasi sanctions which it would receive if the Customer's credit card is not fulfilling its obligations.Methods of research in this thesis is empirical legal research, which is doing research on the enactment of the settlement efforts defaults by credit card customers that resulted in bad debts through debt collector services (studies in the city of Malang).
