One of the supply chain's part is delivering products to customers. Effective delivery of information technology-based products will reflect that the product or service provided by the company has met the expectations and needs of customers. This can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby proposing of the projects in a company can be increased as well. PT XYZ is one of Information Technology company that has already sent about 70 products to customers annually. The problem faced by the company today is the measurement of the effectiveness of information technology-based product delivery has never been done with any particular scientific method. Therefore, this research will elaborate an analysis of the effectiveness measurement that aims to determine the process of information technology-based product delivery in order to improve product delivery performance on PT XYZ. The data obtained will be processed using Google Chart, and the discussion on this research will be analyzed using IT Balanced Scorecard method. Results from this research is an analysis that can help PT XYZ in improving the performance of the effectiveness of the product delivery process in order to have a more powerful impact on the company's contribution, user orientation, operational improvement, and future orientation.
