Organization or company is a social or cultural entity that has the same values and goals. In view of the cultural, communication is not just a message sent from one member to another through one or more channels. However, communication is an integral part of the organization or company, especially when conducting cross-cultural business.This paper aims to build a construction model of organizational culture based on high and low context of intercultural business communication activities. Method of preparation of this model is done qualitatively with case study design. The data collection techniques used non-participation observation and study of literature.In conclusion given that the global business landscape, cultural and language differences, both high and low context affect the ways one defines the status, organizational structuring and looked at the role of the leader, as well as preparing business messages. Therefore, this paper can be used as a guide or model for the organization or company that is ready to face the problems of intercultural communication and prepare human resources who are able to understand the culture of the organization well and strong.
