Abstrak

The use of electrical energy that is now being used by most people , especially people of Indonesia can be considered wasteful . The increasing population and the use of modern technology to be one of the causes of the waste . It encourages architects to more and more concerned about energy by switching to renewable energy sources in designing buildings conscious of energy USAge . Clean water resources for human needs are increasingly . Predicted Indonesia will experience water scarcity by 2025 . Embodiment of the design of energy -conscious architecture and environmentally water is part of the architecture (sustainable architecture). In here, the architect has a critically important role in saving energy and water . Energy-efficient design and manufacture of rainwater catchment is defined as the design of buildings to minimize energy and water USAge without limiting functionality or comfort or productivity of building occupants .
