Abstrak

 Service to the community is currently being highlighted, and the government is required to be able to provide effective and efficient service to the community especially in this research that is in the case of complaint in Bandung Communication and Information Service (DISKOMINFO). An information system can assist in providing inputs that can be material for improving the current system and feedback to stakeholders. To conduct an analysis of this information system will be used a methodology taken from Structured Systems Analysis And Design Method (SSDAM). Stages are done only up to provide input to the improvement from the perspective of view, actors, data and information in the implementation of information service system of public complaints in DISKOMIINFO Bandung.   Keywords: Information Systems, Community Complaints Service, SSADM
