A company that wants to carry out its duties and functions well, then the company will try to change its employees in order to have good quality and performance, thus making the employees more productive in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. To get employees who are in line with what is expected, there is a need for motivation for employees. To motivate employees, managers must know the motives and motivate the desired employees, both conscious needs and unconscious needs, material or non-material, physical and spiritual needs. Job performance is a work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on his skills, experience, and sincerity and time.The method used is descriptive method. Descriptive is a method that serves to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through the sample data or population as is, without doing analysis and make conclusions that apply to umum.Pada this descriptive method, will be presented ways of presentation of data, with regular tables or frequency distribution; line and bar graphs; pie chart; pictogram; group explanation through standard ranges and deviations.From the results of the research note that all items question shows a valid result where all critical R values are above the critical point value is> 0.300. While the reliability test results on these variables show reliable results where all critical R values are above the critical point value is> 0.600 with details: R critical work motivation variable of 0.823 and R critical performance variable of 0.846. From result of SPSS processing obtained by doubled linear regression equation as follows: Y = 11,495 + 0,722X. Based on the result of determination coefficient obtained by variable data X (Work Motivation) have influence to variable Y (Work Achievement) equal to 49,325%, while the rest equal to 50,675% influenced by other factor not observed.Based on the results of descriptive analysis of research data for the variables Motivation Work, it can be concluded that the response respondents about Work Motivation included in the category "Low". Likewise for the variable Work Achievement, it can be concluded that the response respondents about Job Performance included in the category "Low". Overall, statistical analysis of correlation analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis test, it can be concluded that, statistically, the influence of Work Motivation has been proven to have a strong and significant correlation to Job Performance, with an influence of 49.325%. While the remaining influence of 50.675% is influenced by other factors not observed.
