Abstrak

Thelow visitingnumberinhospital€™sunitarecloselyrelatedtomarketingactivities,includinginternal marketing which consistsof cross sellingfromother units.Thisstudy aims toanalyze crossselling implementation from Outpatient Unit to Radiology Unit in Semen Gresik Hospital. This study was a cross sectional analytic design. Samplewastakenbysimple random samplingwithsamplesize25respondents.Independentvariableswere marketing policy,employee commitment,perception, motivation,andreadiness ofcross selling. Whiledependent variablewascrosssellingimplementation.Resultshowedthatrespondentshada highlevelofemployee commitmentby96%,moderatelevelofcrosssellingperceptionby60%,highlevelofcrosssellingmotivationby 68%,moderatelevelof cross sellingreadinessby56%. Whilecrosssellingimplementation hasmoderatelevelby 64%. TheconclusionbasedonSpearman correlationtest,wehad astrong correlationbetween employee commitment,perceptions,motivationandcrosssellingimplementation.Whilecrosssellingreadinessandcrossselling implementation showeda moderate level of correlation. Based on this study, SemenGresikHospital needs tomakemarketingpolicyaboutcrossselling.Thefurtherstudyneedstobedoneinother factorswhichcauses cross selling implementation.
