: Decision problem, often found in various industries. Most of these problems is aimed at selecting a set of alternatives based on several attributes in order to obtain a dominant attribute. The method used is a survey method, then used a factor analysis to identify the attributes of dominant influence decision making and discriminant analysis is used to distinguish the frequency of visits customers in order to obtain consistency of decision-making model of multi attribute more perfect, applicable, relevant and universal ready dissemination and used to enhance teaching materials.
