CANDRAABSTRACTThis study purposed to know the effect of implementation of conflictresolution learning model of portfolios assistance assessment toward PKn learningoutcome, observed from student's social attitude. The populations of this study werethe eleventh grade students (XI IPS) of SMAN 7, Mataram NTB in academic year2011/2012 with research designed by Post Test Only Control Group Design. The totalnumbers of respondents were 158 samples which were chosen by class random design.The results of the study showed: (1) There were no significance differences inlearning outcomes of PKn between students who follow the conflict resolutionlearning model of the portfolio assisted assessment with students who follow theconventional learning models, (FA = 1,953 with p > 0,05). (2) There were interactioneffect between learning model with social attitudes toward PKn learning outcomes(FAB = 26,432 with p < 0,05). (3) For students who have a high social attitude, of PKnlearning outcomes for students who taking the conflicts resolution learning model ofportfolio-assisted assessment was better than the students who followed theconventional learning models (Q = 6,545 with p < 0,05). (4) For students who havelow social attitudes, there were difference between students' learning outcomes of PKnwho follow the conventional learning model was better than the students who followsthe conflict resolution learning model of portfolio assisted assessment, (Q = 3,743 withp < 0,05).Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the conflict resolutionlearning models of portfolio-assisted assessment did not give effect toward PKnlearning outcome. However, for students who have high social attitude of the conflictresolution learning models of portfolio-assisted assessment give effect toward PKnoutcome. While for students who have low social attitudes in conventional learninggive effect toward PKn learning outcome in grade XI IPS of Senior High School 7Mataram.
