Abstrak

This research aims to find, describe and analyze effect of Material Incentives variable and Promotional Positions variable on Employee Work Performances variable on a company either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that Material Incentives variable and Promotional Positions variable simultaneously significant effect on Employee Work Performance. Based on the t test results obtained tvalue= 8,635 with a significance value 0,000 < 0,05 for Material Incentives variable and the tvalue = 4,413 significance value 0,000 < 0,05 for Promotional Positions variable. Material Incentives variable has a greater influence on employee performance with coeffcients regression's value is 0,631 compared to the Promotional Positions variable of only 0,324. From the overall results of this research it can be concluded that the Material Incentives variable and Promotional Positions variablehas a significant influence on Employee Work Performances variable either simultaneously or partially.
