Credit system aims to provide easy credit application process for customers, and provide clear guidance on the terms of the credit application. The objective of this sudy was to determine the system and multipurpose credit provision procedures adopted by the PT. Bank Jatim branch Madiun as well as to determine whether the system and the multipurpose credit provision procedures have been supporting credit control. Types of research used in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Based on the analysis from data obtained at the PT. Bank Jatim Branch Madiun can be seen that the systems and procedures applied already reflects the good credit control, because the employee has carried out both its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the policy implemented by the PT. Bank Jatim Branch Madiun. Credit control at PT. Bank Jatim Branch Madiun, in addition to its advantages, it also has weaknesses that can be seen from the structure of the organization, that is, the personnel vacancies on a particular part that has not been filled, and the lack of surprise inspections (by the Surpriser Auditor) to examine all of the data obtainable by the employees according to the task and responsibilities.
