: Performance is an accomplishment, result or capability is achieved in the performance of duties and responsibilities. Both poor performance is determined by many factors, including development, enforcement of discipline, and availability of facilities and infrastructure that supports the learning process so that the efforts in improving the learning process can be achieved. Research is done to see how the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and execution of the learning process and the evaluation of learning outcomes. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach to the subject of the study is the entire board of the teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Babahrot Southwest Aceh. The techniques used to collect data such as interview techniques, observation and study documentation. The results are show the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation and evaluation of dikatagorikan still lacking. It is recommended that the performance of teachers in the planning, implementation, providing assistance to students who have difficulty with the evaluation of the learning process can be improved, then the teacher should be coaching and guidance of the principal and related agencies. Implementation of the learning process should be carried on in accordance with a learning plan.
