Korelasi Kinerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada SMA Negeri Kota Sigli Kabupaten Pidie

Abstrak

: Performance and teachers' motivation is two of the factors to enhance students' achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of performance, teachers' work motivation and students' achievement in senior high schools (SMA) of Sigli Pidie Regency. This research method of this studywas descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population and sample in thissudywere the teachers teaching social science as many as 36 respondents and 102 students. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by using t-test for both variables and test of the median extension to three variables. The Results of the analysis of t-test showed that the performance variable (X 1) simultaneously correlated (correlation) significantly with students' achievement at SMA of Sigli, Pidie Regency, and work motivation of teachers (X 2) simultaneously correlated (correlation) significantly with students' achievement at SMA of Sigli,Pidie Regency,and performance variables (X 1) and work motivation of teachers (X2) simultaneously correlated (correlation)significantly with students' achievement at SMA ofSigli,Pidie regency because Chi-Square of count was greater than the Chi-Square of tables (4.81> 3,841).
