Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine relationship among transfrmasional leadership and teacher performance to school quality. The method used in this research is descriptice research with quantitative approach with sample include pricipals and teacher which amount 327 people at elementary scholl accredited A in Cianjur. Data sellection techniques using quisionnaires that was developed in the form of Likert Scale. Data processing techniques using regression analysis, the simple regression and multiple regression. The results of research show that principal's transformational leadership to quality school at elementary school Acredited A in Cianjur as much as 0,700 and the contribution is 49%. Based on finding of the study it can be cocluded that the hypothesis the “principal transformational leadership significantly influence school quality” is acceptable. While the amount of influence on the quality of teacher performance in elementary school acredited A in Cianjur as much as 0,709, and the contribution is 50,2%. Based on the finding of the study it can be concluded that the hypothesis “the teacher performance significantly influence school quality” is acceptable. The effect of transformational leadership principals and teacher performance to school quality at school acredited A in Cianjur as much as 0,722 and the contribution is 52,1% and the rest by other factor. Based on the finding of the study it can be concluded that the hypothesis “the principals transformational leadership and teacher performance significantly influence school quality” is acceptable.
