Abstrak

: Recruitment Process Of AparatusResources Of Department Of Education. This research theme of the recruitment process aims to improve the quality of personnel resources in education.The research method used is a descriptive-qualitative research approach that uses the analytical method of Miles Huberman. The background of this research was appointed to see how the recruitmen process of personnel resources by the Department of Education Regional Employment Board which generally aim to find out how the recruitment process of personnel resourcess the Department of Education. The result of the study, the recruitment process is not done directly by the Department of Education Malang, but by asking the number of personnel resourcess needed to Regional Employment Agency (BKD), then the BKD will send a number of employees needed the Education Office in Malang obtained from the results of the procurement or recruitment of personnel resources wheter they are temporary employees or employees variable (PTT) and personnel resources obtained through the selection process of candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS)of general applicants.
