This study was aimed, especially, to find out the effect of contents toeic-based towards learning achievement in English viewed from linguistic intelligence on tenth year students of SMK negeri 1 bangli. The research through an experiment with post test only control group design. The population in this study were all the first class of 256 students. The sample of this study consisted of 192 students which were selected by using random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed with ANAVA (analysis of Varians) which was followed by Tukey test.The result of the study as follows (1) There was a significant difference of learning achievement of English between students who studied with of contents toeic based was better than students who studied by conventional based .(2) There was an significant effect between technigue learning of contents toeic-based and level linguistic intelligence students towards learning achievement in English (3) There was difference significant between achievement in English the students who had high linguistic intelligence ability on learning of contents toeic-based and learning conventional model (4) There was difference significant between achievement in English the students who had law linguistic intelligence ability on learning of contents toeic-based and conventional model. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that on learning of contents toeic-based viewed from linguistic intelligences influenced towards learning achievement in English especially for the tenth year students at SMKN I Bangli. it is suggested to English teacher to use contents toeic-based the in learning and teaching English.
