The widely development of technology obligated the human resources to have better qualities and life skills to prepare them faced the globalization. Beside HR the education development in human moral and values must put into the primary priority to decrease the social problems. The recent phenomena occurred in Indonesia concerned with moral problems which related into education field. Those problems were such as; the low responsibility of the students, the strong effect of technology development which changed the students' mind mapping into less creativities and being passive which was result the low achievement of the students. The aim of this study was to recognize the understanding of national characteristics values (moral knowing, moral feeling and moral action) to increase students' achievement. In order to porpuse the aim of this study, Ex-post-facto was applied, in which questioner was administrated to collect the data as well as the direct observation and documentation. It is found there is a huge effect from national characteristics values toward students' achievement in SMK PGRI 3 Badung. It is concluded that a good knowledge and understanding toward national characteristics values effects the students' achievement simultaneously as well as separately. Therefore, the national characteristics values can be performed as students' achievement predictor toward students.
