Abstrak

Research objectives 1). Know and analyze the effect of mutation against Civil Servant's Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 2). Know and analyze the effect of promotions against Civil Servant's Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 3). Know and analyze the effect of the mutation against Civil Servant's Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. 4). Know and analyze the effect of performance against Civil Servant's Performance in the National Land Agency Regional Office of South Sumatra. This research is descriptive quantitative with interval scale measurement intended to examine the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing is used t test with the aid of program package of Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) For MS Windows Release 19'. The results of this research show that, 1). Mutation has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency, 2). Promotion has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency, 3). Mutation has indirect effect on employee performance through the promotion of BPN, 4). Job satisfaction has direct and significant impact on employee performance of National Land Agency.
