Integrated antenatal care is a routine antenatal care with some other programs targeted at pregnant women, according to the priorities Ministry of Health, which is required in order to improve the quality of antenatal care. The purpose of this research for midwives motivation in the implementation of integrated antenatal care. Descriptive research design. The place of research in Pekalongan district health centers with a sample of 84 respondents. Results of univariate analysis obtained by 43 (51.2%) midwives have high motivation in the implementation of an integrated antenatal care. Suggestions health workers, especially midwives are expected to be more active in seeking information about antenatal care integrated, resulting in pregnancy serve more leverage in efforts to reduce maternal mortality rate.
