Kontribusi Supervisi Bimbingan Konseling, Iklim Kerja Sekolah Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pembimbing Pada SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Badung

Abstrak

Ardika, I Putu Gede ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di kabupaten Badung secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di kabupaten Badung yang berjumlah 37 orang dan 32 orang dijadikan responden penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan, guru pembimbing berlatar belakang pendidikan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) terdapat kontribusi supervisi bimbingan konseling terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing secara signifikan melalui persamaan garis regresi = 130,485 + 0,439X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 22,23%, (2) terdapat kontribusi iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing secara signifikan melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 99,358 + 0,591X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,77%, (3) terdapat kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing secara signifikan melalui persamaan garis regresi = 82,258 + 0,843X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,40%, dan (4) terdapat kontribusi secara bersama-sama antara supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing secara signifikan melalui persamaan garis regresi = 69,254 + 0,211X1 + 0,309X2 + 0,370X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,40% Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah, dan motivasi kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di kabupaten Badung secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru pembimbing pada SMA Negeri di kabupaten Badung. Kata kunci: supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah, motivasi kerja, kinerja guru pembimbing THE CONTRIBUTION OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SUPERVISION, SCHOOL WORK CLIMATE, AND WORK MOTIVATION TO PERFORMANCE OF SUPERVISING TEACHERS OF PUBLIC SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN BADUNG REGENCY ABSTRACT This study aimed at finding out the extent of the contribution of guidance and counseling supervision, school work climate, and work motivation to the performance of supervising teachers at public senior high schools in Badung regency both separately and simultaneously. The population consisted of all the 37 supervising teachers at public senior high schools in Badung regency and 32 of them were used as the research respondent. The sampling was carried out by using purposive sampling technique by considering the guidance and counseling education background of the teachers. This study used ex post facto design. The data were collected by questionnaires. The data were analyzed by regression, correlation and analysis of determination. The results showed that (1) there was a significant contribution of guidance and counseling supervision to the performance of the supervising teachers through regression linear equation = 130.485 + 0.439X1 with 22.23% contribution, (2) there was a significant contribution of school work climate to the performance of the supervising teachers through regression linear equation = 99.358 + 0.591X2 with 23.77% contribution, (3) there was a significant contribution of work motivation to performance of supervising teachers through regression linear equation = 82.258 + 0.843X3 with 20.40% contribution, and (4) there was a significant simultaneous contribution of guidance and counseling supervision, school work climate, and work motivation to the performance of the supervising teachers through regression linear equation = 69.254 + 0.211X1 + 0.309X2 + 0.370X3 with 66.40% contribution. On the basis of the findings it can be concluded that guidance and counseling supervision,school work climate, and work motivation significantly contribute to performance of the supervising teachers at public senior high schools in Badung regency both separately and simultaneously. Hence, these factors can be used as predictors of the level of tendency in performance of supervising teachers at public senior high schools in Badung regency
