Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Status Imunisasi Dasar pada Bayi di Desa Sungai Air Putih Kecamatan Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

Program imunisasi di Indonesia mewajibkan setiap bayi (usia 0-11 bulan) mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap yang terdiri dari Hepatitis B, BCG, DPT, Polio dan campak. Keberhasilan imunisasi di pengaruhi oleh  beberapa faktor seperti pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan. Desa Sungai Air Putih merupakan desa dengan cakupan imunisasi terendah dan belum  mencapai target nasional 91 % pada tahun 2016 yaitu dari 32 Bayi hanya (11,1%) yang di imunisasi dasar lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi di Desa Sungai Air Putih Kecamatan Sungai Lala. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 9-12 bulan di Desa Sungai Air Putih Kecamatan Sungai Lala. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bayi tidak mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap sebanyak 64,7%, 47,1% ibu berpengetahuan kurang, 50% ibu memiliki sikap positif, 55,9% keluarga tidak mendukung ibu, dukungan tenaga kesehatan rendah sebanyak 52,9%. Hasil uji chi-square terdapat hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,004), sikap (p=0,012), dukungan keluarga (p=0,002) dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (p=0,006) dengan status pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi. Diharapkan kepada kepada ibu untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang imunisasi dasar lengkap dengan cara mengikuti penyuluhan, membaca buku dan browsing di internet. Kepada petugas kesehatan agar lebih meningkatkan strategi promosi, melakukan sosialisasi dan konseling kepada ibu yang memiliki bayi dan keluarga khususnya tentang imunisasi dasar kepada bayi.

Kontaminasi Bakteri Staphylococcus SP pada Kejadian Luar Biasa Keracunan Makanan di Dusun Sawangan Kabupaten Magelang Jawa Tengah Indonesia

  Abstract On may 11, 2012, the Magelang District Health Departement was informed of a cluster of 25 patient with gastrointestinal illness after prayer session in the home of a resident. Since a food poisoning outbreak was suspected, an FETP team was sent to conduct an investigation to identify the source and recommend prevention and control measures. We did case-control study. There werw 25 cases and 16 controls. Cases were guasts who developed gastrointestinal signs and symptoms after the event. Control werw well attendees. Subjects were interviewed to obtain information on foods consumed. We also asked cases about onset of their illness, sign and symptoms experienced. Left-over food items were sent to laboratory for testing. There were 41 guests during the event of which 25 became ill (attact rate: 11.2%). The epidemic curve was that of a common source outbreak. Signs and symptoms of cases were diarrhea (76%), nausea (76%), abdominal pain (56%), weakness (48%), fever (40%), and vomiting (36%). Incubation periods ranged from four to nine hours (median: 6 hours). Cases were more likely than controls to have eaten chicken curry (OR 24, 95% CI; 2,4-1107.4) and chilli souce (OR 11.5, 95% CI: 1.67-124.22). Staphylococcal bacteria were found in the chicken curry. This food poisoning outbreak was probably caused by contaminated chicken curry. To prevent future outbreak, we recommended food handling practices, serve foods while hot (immediately after cooking or store in refrigerator and re-heat) and use clean cooking utensils.

Hubungan Postur Kerja dan Masa Kerja dengan Keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders pada Pengaduk Jenang X di Dusun Dode, Kabupaten Magelang

Complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders experienced by jenang mixer workers are caused by continuous work. This study was conducted to determine whether work posture and working period can affect workers who complain of Musculoskeletal Disorders. The sample in this study amounted to 36 people. The instrument used to analyze work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders is the Rapid Entry Body Assessment, while to view complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders using the Nordic Body Map sheet. The conclusion of this study is there is a relationship between working period and complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders stirrer with a p value of 0.010 (p value>0.05), and there is no relationship between work posture with complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders on jenang mirasa stirrers in Dode Hamlet, Gulon Village, Salam District, Magelang Regency stirrer with a p value of 0.481 (p value <0.05).
