Bagaimana Mengukur Kinerja Industri Jasa Konstruksi

Contractor performance, planner consultant can be measured key performance indicators (KPIs) / key performance indicators (IKU). This, in an effort to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the performance of construction services within a certain time. Key performance indicators (KPIs) / main performance indicators (IKU) differ from country to country. It refers to different market conditions, different policies, strategies, cultures, laws, and competitive environments. The construction industry currently has a customer-focused service mission. The customer perspective includes three indicators, namely, service and work quality, customer satisfaction, and market share. Quality of service and occupation ranks second important after profitability. Performance indicators such as external customer satisfaction, security, business efficiency, and efficiency-Planning persistence is increasingly important. (2) completion of construction work time, (3) management of experienced project implementers, (4) finance and Taxation , (5) labor productivity, (6) utilization of equipment, (7) quality of materials.

Penggunaan Metode Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test untuk Memperkirakan Kekuatan dan Keseragaman Mutu Beton K 200 secara Non Destruktif

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui akurasi tes Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) untuk memperkirakan kekuatan dan keseragaman beton secara non destruktif. Sampel 10 silinder beton mutu K200, tes UPV menggunakan metode langsung, perkiraan kekuatan beton menggunakan formula hasil penelitian dari negara lain, evaluasi keseragaman beton menggunakan hasil penelitian Whitehurst. Hasil penelitian (1) formula hasil penelitian dengan mutu beton berbeda, kurang tepat dipakai memperkirakan kekuatan tekan tes UPV; (2) perkiraan kekuatan tekan hasil tes UPV menggunakan formula yang diturunkan dari mutu beton yang sama, hasilnya paling mendekati uji tekan; (3) formula berdasarkan campuran, tidak dapat untuk memperkirakan kekuatan beton, walaupun dibuat dari campuran yang sama; dan (4) keseragaman beton dengan tes UPV, hasilnya berbeda dengan perhitungan dari Koefisien Variasi kekuatan beton.Kata-
