Mutu Pendidikan dan Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 di Masa Pandemi Covid 19

One of the most central issues to date is the facility and effectiveness of online learning. The results of the survey stated that several obstacles were experienced by students during BDR, namely, during BDR, parents on average had difficulty accompanying their children to study at home. The difficulties experienced by the parents were caused, among others, by the lessons that were too difficult and not easy to understand, the difficulty in managing the time to guide children's learning because parents had activities or jobs, the children were difficult to manage, and they were also difficult to learn because they were bored. The research method used in this research is descriptive, namely qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that learning during the Covid 19 era in the (online) network carried out by the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Bina Mandiri Cimahi has been in accordance with what was announced by the Government, parents in learning at home are tasked with forming the knowledge and personal skills of children and citizens studying at PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi and the communication function in distance learning or online learning for learning residents, namely teachers, tutors, parents and the community, is very important and fundamental in supporting the child's learning process at home.

National Education Standards as Indicators of school customer satisfaction based on objectives, principles, and types of services. Teachers as professionals function to improve the quality of national education. Teachers influence the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. Teaching productivity is a mental attitude that is always looking for improvements to what already exists in the context of teaching will affect the academic and moral quality of students. Teacher professionalism, teaching motivation and participatory leadership of school principals each have a relationship with teaching productivity. So that the competence of graduates has a significant relationship with student achievement which can provide the maximum level of satisfaction for schools. This study uses qualitative methods through analysis of literature obtained from books, journals and other relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that this National Education Standard must be met for all educational institutions that run or provide education throughout Indonesia. This teacher professionalism is closely related to the teacher's role in the teaching (pedagogical) field, so that teachers need pedagogical knowledge and skills to support an effective teaching and learning process and will have an impact on the skills and competencies of graduates. The school management service principle demonstrates the school's strong interest in making it the standard. Indicators of the types of school management services in providing customer satisfaction include various activities carried out through program planning, program implementation, program evaluation, and program follow-up at the educational institution itself.

Based on the results of monitoring of 8 (eight) national education standards, the school library so far has not been in accordance with the specified standards. There are several weaknesses in the competence of school librarians concerning; understanding information literacy and digital literacy, electronic information sources, information retrieval strategies, ethical and legal evaluation and presentation of information, and plagiarism. Departing from this reality, this action research seeks to improve digital literacy skills for librarians in schools. This research is a school action research. The research procedure was carried out using a Spiral Model developed by Kemmis & Taggart. The research flow consists of four main activities, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the ability of librarians in information literacy can be improved through training activities. In cycle I, the librarian's skills in information literacy were 25% good, and 75% sufficient. While in cycle II, the librarian's information literacy ability is 100% in the good category.

Efforts to improve the quality of education have been endeavored by various means ranging from procurement of facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, procurement of resource books, improvement of evaluation systems, improvement of the quality of human resources, one of which is improving teacher competence at all levels of education, to make teachers who professional. Based on the background of the problem above, the authors conducted a study with the aim of: (a) To explain the work of SMK Manbaul Ulum teachers (b) To analyze the efforts of school principals in increasing work motivation in developing the professionalism of SMK Manbaul Ulum teachers. (c) To analyze the obstacles and solutions made by the School Principal to improve work motivation in developing the professionalism of vocational school teachers Manbaul Ulum. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that intends to understand the phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects such as: perception, action , and others, holistically. Data collection is done by observation, documentation, and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that: teacher training requires a long time to achieve a significant change in results, therefore the success or failure of teacher professional development must be measured from the performance concerned and not from additional knowledge and or skills alone.
