One of the most central issues to date is the facility and effectiveness of online learning. The results of the survey stated that several obstacles were experienced by students during BDR, namely, during BDR, parents on average had difficulty accompanying their children to study at home. The difficulties experienced by the parents were caused, among others, by the lessons that were too difficult and not easy to understand, the difficulty in managing the time to guide children's learning because parents had activities or jobs, the children were difficult to manage, and they were also difficult to learn because they were bored. The research method used in this research is descriptive, namely qualitative research methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that learning during the Covid 19 era in the (online) network carried out by the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM) of Bina Mandiri Cimahi has been in accordance with what was announced by the Government, parents in learning at home are tasked with forming the knowledge and personal skills of children and citizens studying at PKBM Bina Mandiri Cimahi and the communication function in distance learning or online learning for learning residents, namely teachers, tutors, parents and the community, is very important and fundamental in supporting the child's learning process at home.

To create a quality output, of course, a quality institution is needed. Likewise, in order to create a quality and qualified institution, it is necessary to have a managerial built based on existing quality standards. Quality problems so far, there are still many obstacles, there are no educational meetings. To this day, the problem of educational institutions is still considered problematic. It can be concluded that the national education goals have not been achieved. The problem of the quality of educational institutions is indeed varied, ranging from sources of funding, facilities or facilities, leadership, and even not a few problems that consider resources to be a burden as an institution, which does not contribute to improving the quality of the institution. Even so, it cannot be considered simple, but it takes a proof to study how strategic institutions improve their quality. In the development of management science, there are various approaches that can be used as study material, as an effort to improve quality or educational institutions. In the study of Human Resource Management, an approach has been identified that considers Human Resources as the main capital (asset) that cannot improve in improving the quality of the institution. the approach is the Human Capital approach. A Human Resource management approach that can be used as a strategy for improving the quality of educational institutions.

The speed of information flow that allows children to know something Faster than what is obtained in school. In fact, there may even be many things that can be known that actually isn't time to know, they get information from Google. The speed of information as a result of advances in information technology will affect the pattern of human life in general and especially for the world of education, especially teachers. In the current era of information technology advancements that are not limited by space and time, it can enable student-centered learning strategies, encourage students to learn creatively and independently, prepare for global competition. E-learning based learning provides its own advantages in a learning culture. Educators (teachers) must be able to develop knowledge and skills, facilitate learning, understand learning and the things needed in learning. Advances in information technology provide great opportunities and challenges for teachers to continue to improve their competencies. Teacher competence as a whole consists of pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence must continue to be leveled to be able to answer today's global challenges. Several efforts must be made in dealing with the challenges of educators in this millennial era, including teachers should not stutter in technology, understand trends that occur related to changes in information technology.

Pesantren is a non-formal that aims to educate and train students to have religious beliefs taught by kiai through learning the yellow book and activities that support the needs of students. Pesantren is one of the non-formal in Indonesia that always contributes in educating and building the nation's character. Pesantren education combines learning from various aspects, be it cognitive, affective or psychomotor aspects. Pesantren education aims to improve the character of students, the learning carried out by Islamic boarding schools refers to the Qur'an and Al-hadith which are then used as the basis for making a flexible pesantren curriculum. To realize this goal, pesantren in carrying out their education, use teaching methods, example, habituation, motivation, rewards and punishments carried out by pesantren. The management carried out by the Islamic boarding school based on the results of the study is still mono, where all activities carried out by the Islamic boarding school are sourced from the caregivers of the pesantren. Therefore, pesantren often experience errors in carrying out their duties, such as in terms of communication and decision-making processes. Nevertheless, the pesantren caregivers in carrying out their education continue to make every effort to improve their pesantren towards a better direction, this can be seen from the policies made by pesantren caregivers in terms of educating, guiding and fostering teachers, providing facilities and infrastructure, making programs -programs, arrange activity agendas and provide budgets that are tailored to the needs of Islamic boarding school students.
