Model Blended Learning : Alternatif Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The world of education has always been a concern of the government during the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the proofs is by urging the public to carry out online learning to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This applies to institutions at all levels of education, including early childhood education. The implementation of online learning is considered not too effective in the learning process in early childhood, and blended learning began to be an alternative in early childhood learning during pandemics. Blended learning is a learning strategy that combines online and face-to-face learning. This article aims to reveal the learning model in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak with a blended learning model. Research methods using literature studies (Literature studies), data collection is done by looking for information through written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that support the study activities of several books, literature, and scientific papers related to research. Data analysis used is content analysis, then conducted assessment related to blended learning, so as to get data in the form of descriptive narratives about this research. The results showed that the blended learning model could be used as an alternative solution in implementing an effective early childhood learning model in the covid-19 pandemic. A blended learning model that carries the combination of two methods, namely offline/face to face methods and online methods. In evaluation activities, that can be done using two aspects of assessment, namely on aspects of skills (for evaluation in offline learning methods) and on aspects of knowledge (for evaluation on online learning methods). Both aspects of the assessment can be compiled and combined so as to get the final value in the early childhood learning assessment process.

Penanaman Nilai-Nilai Karakter melalui Lagu Anak

This study aims to describe the process of establishing character values ??through children's songs. The current phenomenon shows that good character values ??among children have begun to fade away. Factors causing the fading of children's character are the crisis of religious values. Therefore, the establishment of character values ??must be carried out from early childhood. Some of the efforts that can be made are to build up some character values in early childhood through singing children's songs in the learning process. This research used a phenomenological qualitative type of research. The research subjects were teachers, students, and parents of the Mutiara Kasih Pre-School Mangli Jember. In collecting the data, this study used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The collected data were analyzed using a spiral analysis The results of the study showed that it was important to build up character values since early childhood because the establishment of character values ??from an early age is considered to be more effective and very influential in the future development of children. Building up character values ??in Mutiara Kasih Pre-School Mangli Jember was done by singing children's songs. Those songs are songs that contain character values. Among the children's songs that have been used by the teacher to instill good character values ??in early childhood are Pelangi-Pelangi, Bangun Tidur, Kasih Ibu, Aku Anak PAUD, Rukun Islam, and Doa Orang Tua. The strategies or techniques that were used in building up character values ??through children's songs to students in Mutiara Kasih Pre-School was done by giving exemplary and make the students to be getting used to doing good things.

Pengelolaan Open And Distance Learning di TK Muslimat NU 41 Wuluhan Jember

Generally, education is a process of communication and transfer of information from educators to students. Online learning is a special education service that is carried out inclusively with a kind of separate learning model between educators and students. The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the management of distance learning and open learning in Kindergarten of Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case study approach. The researchers used interviews to collect datas and triangulations to check the datas validity. The model of data analyzing and validity checking was based on the theory by Miles and Huberman. The results of the study showed : (1) Planning: school coordinates with parents via Whatsapp group and teachers prepares the themes of learning for creating learning flexibility. (2) Implementation: the teachers accompany parents through Whatsapp with some themes of discussion. (3) Evaluation: the evaluaton is carried out daily and weekly indirectly through Whatsapp group, the media used for interaction between teachers to students, teachers to teachers and also interviews to parents, or by giving assignments and visiting works. Pendidikan secara umum merupakan suatu proses komunikasi dan transfer informasi dari pendidik kepada peserta didik. Pembelajaran daring merupakan layanan pendidikan khusus secara inklusif yang dilaksanakan dengan model pembelajaran terpisah antara pendidik dan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran open and distance learning di TK Muslimat NU 41 Gawok Dukuh Dempok Wuluhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskrptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan: sekolah berkoordinasi dengan wali murid, guru menyiapkan tema pembelajaran, sekolah menyiapkan group Whatsapp, fleksibilitas belajar anak di rumah. (2) Pelaksanaan: guru mendampingi orang tua melalui media Whatsapp, tema dapurku, tema belajar anak pintar, anak hebat dan anak cerdas, tema sahabat bermain, tema rajin ibadah. (3) Evaluasi: pemanfaatan grup Whatsapp untuk evaluasi harian dan mingguan melalui grup Whatsapp, baik evaluasi dengan dialog langsung antar anak dan guru maupun guru dengan guru, maupun interview guru dengan orang tua, serta melalui penugasan dan hasil karya wisata. Management of organizational operational assistance funds is an effort to regulate the use of schools operational assistance funds so that their use is in accordance with school needs. The purpose of the research to describe the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling of operational assistance funds. The research approach is qualitative with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation and documentation. data analysis techniques with condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that planning is an activity of planning the use of operational assistance funds in schools, the organizing is the formatting of managers and grouping the use of operational assistance funds, implementation, namely the use of operational assistance funds for schools and controlling is checking the use of operational assistance funds.

Peran Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Interpersonal Anak Usia Dini melalui Kegiatan Pretend Play

Interpersonal intelligence is the intelligence possessed by individuals to establish relationships with others and maintain social interactions. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the teacher's role as an educator in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities for B1 grade students at TK Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember (2) to describe the teacher's role as a facilitator in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities for participants. B1 grade students at Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember Kindergarten (3) Describe the teacher's role as a model in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities for B1 grade students at Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study research. The data collection techniques used by researchers are: interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research is data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While the validity of the data using source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The role of the teacher as a model educator in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities at TK Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember, namely (a) directly demonstrating the role that will be played by each child (b) providing examples of speech and movements that must be done by children when playing their role (c) provide examples of how to use supporting equipment for pretend play activities. in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities at TK Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember, namely (a) providing material explanations about pretend play (b) providing strengthening pretend play material (c) improving pretend play material with practice. (2) The role of the teacher as a facilitator in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities at TK Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember, namely (a) the teacher prepares tools according to the pretend play theme (b) chooses the right tool for pretend play material (c) helps children understand their role (d) provide assistance during pretend play activities (3) The role of the teacher as a model in improving interpersonal intelligence through pretend play activities at TK Muslimat NU 65 Wuluhan Jember, namely (a) directly demonstrate the role that will be played by each child (b) provide examples of speech and movements that must be done by children when playing their roles (c) provide examples of how to use supporting equipment for pretend play activities.
