Hawai Waterpark Malang hope that visitingcan add closeness to family relationships. Therefore,HawaiWaterpark Malang has a lot of events and rides that can be played together and enjoyed comfortably. for in this poor city itself the existence of waterpark just a little so Hawai waterpark is a waterpark with good service and has a variety of interesting rides as well. HawaiWaterpark Malang already use social media including Google, Youtube, Facebook and official website for marketing promotions. how to promote hawai place by uploading new video on youtube videos and hold important events that fit with date like hallowen party. The problem isHawai Waterpark Malang still lack of human resourceswho can speak English fluently, so the promotion is done so far still using the Indonesian language. For the reason that foreigners did not catch the message conveyed through Hawai Waterpark promotionand not many foreigners who visited Hawai Waterpark Malang. The idea that team 20 gave to Hawai Waterpark Malang was to hold a jingle race and challenge event. The purpose of this idea is to improve the branding of Hawaii Waterpark Malang, attract foreigners to participate in the event and come to Hawaii Waterpark water park Malang. In executing the idea of the jingle race and challenge event, team 20 will work with travel agents in China, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. This cooperation aims to make Hawaii Waterpark Malang as one of the tourist destinations in the tour packages of these agents.

Developing Tourism Business Program Of Sahid Montana Hotel Malang

Sahid Montana is a 3 star hotel that located in the central of Malang City. This hotel has its own uniqueness and strenght, not like another modern hotel this hotel still keep the traditional culture. Therefore Sahid Montana want to go International by making some tour packages in Malang City and surrounding like Batu City and tourist can visit some nature tourism (mountains, beach, etc.). Sahid Montana doesn't has country selection beacause there are so many tourist from many countries come to Malang City and stay in this hotel. To make Sahid Montana go International, this hotel need to develop the tourism in Malang so they need to do some promotion strategy like making website, social media, and participate in some International event. To develop Malang tourism,Team 19 offer 2 tour packages like Adventure Day for more nature tour and Hidden Malang for many unique places in Malang. The are some risk that Sahid might get by offering this packages to tourist like hotel has to spend more money for the promotion, tourist who come to Malang City is not so much so it's impossible to get many tourist customers, and maybe the weather that we don't know if it suddenly change (rain will ruin our nature tour). The recomendation that we suggest is developing the promotion strategy and buiding customers loyalty for Sahid Montana so customers will come again to this hotel.

The Effects of Environmental Orientation on Firm Performance and A Mediating Role of Employee-Based Brand Equity: A Comparative Study

The studies striving to investigate the interrelationships between environmental orientation-company's performance, and its mediator constructs remain fragmented. This study provides insights to illuminate the process through which environmental orientation transfers into business results. It proposes hypotheses based on Social Identity Theory and the Theory of Reasoned Action and empirically test it in a comparative, cross-cultural study. The findings observe that employee-specific idiosyncrasies influence business performance through employee-based brand equity. Thus, the study suggests an increased role for management-induced practices to effectively transform brand values into a higher level of employee engagement and better business results.
