Analisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Operator pada PT Giken Precision Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the extent of internal workload influence on operator employee performance in PT.Giken Precision Indonesia, to know and analyze the extent of the effect of external workload on operator employee performance in PT.Giken Precision Indonesia and to know and Analyze the extent of simultaneous influence between internal and external workload on employee performance of operator in PT. Giken Precision Indonesia. Data were obtained from 71 respondents in Moulding Department by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires, multiple linear regression test was used to know respondent attitude toward work load variable and employee performance. The result of the research shows that there is influence between work load to employee performance, that is, internal work load has positive effect on employee performance, while the external work load has negative effect on employee performance.

Keberhasilan Program “Yuk Nabung Saham” Oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia Dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Instrumen Pasar Modal Di Indonesia

Research entitled The Success of "Yuk Nabung Saham" Program by Indonesia Stock Exchange in Increasing the Sales of Capital Market Instruments In Indonesia is a descriptive study aimed at knowing what exactly is the program Yuk Nabung Saham and how much investment people invest in Indonesia capital market in 2016 with the program Yuk Nabung Saham. Yuk Nabung Saham was launched on 12 November 2016 by the Vice-President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Muhammad Jusuf Kalla. Yuk Nabung Saham there is a campaign that invites the people of Indonesia to invest in the capital market through share saving. Currently there are 37 securities companies that have been working with the Indonesia Stock Exchange to join the Yuk Nabung Saham program. Data obtained from Indonesia's Financial Services Authority in 2013 and then compared with data in 2016. From these data recorded the increase in literacy and financial inclusion that initially 3.79% to 4.40% and0.11% to 1.25%. In addition, there is also an increase in the number of activeinvestors of Indonesian society in the Indonesian capital market which was originally 12.88% to 16.29%.

Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja Staf Pengajar Politeknik Negeri Pontianak

Pontianak State Polytechnic (Polnep) is one of the higher vocational Institution in West Kalimantan. One of Polnep's objective is to carry out various fields of vocational education in order to generate quality alumni. Achieving this objective requires hardwork and lecturer play a significant role. Since they play a significant role, the lecturer's perfomance should be taken care of. There are 241 lecturer dan 140 of them have additional work in other unit besides teaching. Based on early observation, They are called Lecturer with additional work, which means they have to spare their time in campus not only for teaching buat also doing some additional work, so sometimes they tend to leave class. Based on early observation, they do the replacement class, late in submitted exam paper dan students grades. They also tend to give more assignment to students. This research purpose is to examine empirically the effect of Polnep lecturer's workload to performance, and the effect of work stress to performance and the effect of workload to work stress. The research method is survey by using questionnaire as data collecting method. Samples were choosen with non probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Based on first hypothesis testing, there is no proof about the effect of Polnep lecturer's workload to performance which marked by sig. value 0.740. The same result happen to second hypothesis testing, there is no proof about the effect of Polnep lecturer's work stress to performance which marked by sig. value 0.179. The third hypothesis testing proves the effect of workload to work stress. This resultmarked by sig. value of 0.000.
