Formulasi Tablet Hisap Ekstrak Rimpang Temulawak (Curcuma Xanthorrhiza Roxb) Dengan Bahan Pengisi Sorbitol Dan Laktosa

Temulawak is a plant that grows in clumps, which has been used by some Indonesian people, both as traditional medicine, as a dye and as a food ingredient. It is necessary to make lozenges so that they can be used comfortably and practically. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the combination of sorbitol and lactose as fillers on the granule characteristics of the temulawak rhizome extract and on the physical quality of the lozenges of the temulawak extract. Temulawak rhizome extract lozenges were made with a mixture of sorbitol and lactose as fillers with different concentrations, namely F1 (sorbitol 5%: lactose 95%), F2 (Sorbitol 10% and lactose 90%), F3 (Sorbitol 15%: Lactose 85%), F4 (Sorbitol 20%: lactose 80%), F5 (Sorbitol 25%: lactose 75%). Tablets are prepared by wet granulation. This study used a laboratory experimental design by observing and recording the results of the formulation of lozenges of temulawak rhizome extract (Curcuma xanthorrhiza Roxb) with sorbitol and lactose as fillers. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 21 with the one-way ANOVA method with a 95% confidence level. The results of this study are the best concentrations of sorbitol and lactose to produce lozenges of temulawak extract are concentrations of sorbitol (5%) and lactose (95%) with a flow rate of 16.5±0.304 g/second, percent compressibility 6.57±0.069%, moisture content 1.47±0.06%, hardness 10.25±0.79 kP. From this research, it can be concluded that the addition of sorbitol concentration can decrease the tableting properties and improve the physical properties of the granules, the higher the sorbitol concentration, the lower the tablet hardness, and increase the friability and disintegration time of the tablets. Meanwhile, the more lactose concentration increases the flow angle of repose, the percent compressibility and reduces the moisture content

Implementasi Pijat Refleksi Kaki terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Klien dengan Hipertensi Selama 6 Hari

Klien yang mengalami tekanan darah meningkat lebih dari 140/90 mmHg pada dua hari berturut-turut dalam kedaan istirahat. Angka kejadian hipertesi di dunia sebanyak 1,13 milyar orang, 34,1% di Indonesia, dan 34,95% di DKI Jakarta. Untuk menurunkan angka komplikasi dari hipertensi dapat dilakukan dengan terapi non farmakologis yaitu dengan terapi komplementer pijat refleksi kaki. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengukur penurunan tekanan darah dengan pijat refleksi kaki selama 6 hari intervensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre Eksperimen dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan. Bentuk desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Postest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 orang klien dengan menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling yaitu Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis dengan uji T Paired dengan program komputer. Terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervesi pijat refleksi kaki untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada klien dengan penyakit hipertensi (ρ 0,006 < 0,05). Mean bernilai postif (8,66667) terjadi kecendrungan penurunan tekanan darah sesudah pijat refleksi kaki dengan rata-rata penurunan 8,7. Penurunan tekanan darah dapat terjadi karena pinat refleksi kaki dapat mempelancar aliran darah sehingga ketegangan otot dapat menurun serta kadar norefineprin juga ikut menurun, selain itu homon Cortisol yang memicu kecemasan dan stress juga dapat turun sehingga tekanan darah juga turun. Tekanan darah tinggi pada klien dengan penyakit hipertensi dapat diturunkan dengan intervensi non-farmakologis yaitu dengan pijat refleksi kaki selama 6 hari.   Kata kunci : Hipertensi, Kaki, Pijat, Refleksi

Aspek Psikologi Pembelajaran Daring Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dengan Capaian Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif Mahasiswa Vokasi

Changes that occur in the learning process due to the pandemic have an impact on the psychological aspects of students. Factors that influence the psychological aspects of learning are intelligence, learning environment and learning methods. Online learning methods require adaptation to habitual patterns and use of technology. Independent learning, indirect and multiple assignments, give psychological effects with a variety of physical and mental complaints. Evaluation of online learning through comprehension (cognitive) and affective results with reference to the cumulative grade point average obtained by students during online learning. The research objective was to determine the relationship between the psychological aspects of online learning (during the Covid-19 pandemic with the achievement of the Grade Point Average of vocational students. The research design used a descriptive cross sectional. The population in the study were all Diploma Nursing students of STIKES Karya Husada Semester 2. Data collection techniques were Total Sampling. The samples is 71 respondents. The independent variable is psychological aspect of vocational students facing online learning and the dependent variable is the achievement of the student's Grade Point Average. The measurement of psychological aspects uses a scale instrument of psychological aspects of resilience and the Grade Point Average uses a normative reference assessment. The type of test used is the Chi Square test with p value <0.005. Most of the respondents (59.15%) had a positive psychological aspect when learning online and had a very satisfying GPA (56.34%). The result of the value correlation test shows a significance of 0.000, so there is a relationship between the psychological aspects of online learning and the achievement of the Grade Point Average of vocational students. Learning conditions that have implications for individual responses show that education as an institution is able to prepare students for online learning well. Conditions that can support the learning process, facilitators, academic tools and learning methods are quite varied, increasing the ability of students to follow each learning process. The competency target that is sought is still optimal, although not ideal, it will greatly help students achieve good learning outcomes. The conclusion of this research is that learning outcomes can be influenced by interest, motivation, cognitive abilities, ability to share time, relationships with family, lecturers' explanations and living conditions, social conditions and individual ability to adapt to learning conditions.
