Peran Kesadaran Kesehatan dan Perhatian pada Keamanan Makanan terhadap Sikap dan Minat Konsumen dalam Membeli Makanan Organik

This study related with the attitudes and purchases intention as a form of disclosure consumer needs and wants. This study, important issues about health consciousness and food safety concerns associated with organic food. Linkage the four variables in a research model of health consciousness and food safety concerns as exogenous, consumer attitudes as an intervening/mediator variable, and the consumers intention to buy organic food as an endogenous variable. Sample as many as 96 people, selected by convenience sampling and involve potential consumers who have never bought or certain dishes made from organic foods. Data were analyzed with regression analysis and the data processing program SPSS version 17.0 was able to prove that the consumer attitude as an intervening variable purely for health consciousness and consumers intention. While the food safety concerns can be a positive influence, directly or indirectly (through attitude) to the consumers intention to buy organic food.

Pengaruh Spesialisasi Tugas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. PLN Cabang Baturaja

This Study aims to determine the effect of task specialization and leadershipstyle on te effectiveness of employees at PT. PLN Baturaja. The analysisused is multiple linear regression analisys, t-test, F tes and coefficientdetermination. The results of the analysis indicate that the specialization oftask and leadership styles affect the effectiveness of empoloyees at PT.PLN Baturaja either partially or simultaneously. The magnitude of thecoefficient of determination ( R ) specialization of task and influenceleadership style by 30,20 % againt t he effectiveness of employees whilethe remaining 69,80 % influenced or varied by other variables. Reseacherssuggested that companies that consestently implement task specializationof employees and improving leadership style through a brefing that theemployee is willing to improve the effectiveness of its work.

Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi, Serta Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Palembang

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Education and Training, Motivation And Organizational Culture To Employee Performance of District of Navigation Office Class I Palembang. Population of this studyas many as 80 employees. The results of calculations using SPSS, showed that: R2 of 0.374 (37.4% ), illustrates that the performance of employees (Y), can be explained by all independent variables 37.4%, while the remaining62.4%, can be explained by other factors, which are not included in this study. From the result of hypothesis F test , obtained value of Fcompute (15.108 ) > Ftable (2.725), means that there is the influence of education andtraining, motivation and organizational culture together to employee performance. While the results of the hypothesis t test, there are influences of education and training then motivation to performance, but there is no influence of organizational culture on performance.
