Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Genindo Prima Sakti Cabang Serang Banten dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening
Intrinsic motivation and discipline of work is directly related to the employee's performance. Employees who have intrinsic motivation will directly improve the performance he had, as well as the discipline of work which is owned by the employees, a high work discipline and in accordance with what has been set by the company, so that the performance owned will also increase. This research was conducted at PT. Genindo Prima Sakti Branch Serang Banten. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and discipline mediated job satisfaction on employee performance. The number of samples is set as much as 96 respondents using sensus method. As an independent variable, namely intrinsic motivation and discipline, and the intervening variable is job satisfaction, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. The analytical method used in this study is Partial Least Squares Equetion-Structural Modeling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0. covers or inner structural model test models, hypothesis testing, measurement models, test models outer and sobel test. From the analysis it can be seen that the intrinsic motivation variable does not affect the performance of employees, it can be seen from the t-statistic value that is smaller than 1,960, amounting to 0,939, or indirectly through job satisfaction. It can be seen from Sobel test obtained t value lower than 1,960, amounting to 0,414. As for the work discipline variable positive and significant impact on performance and job satisfaction variables can mediate labor discipline on employee performance. The results of the R-square value indicates that the variable intrinsic motivation and discipline can explain job satisfaction variables (KK) of 36.8%, while the remaining 63.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
