The presence of the covid-19 pandemic requires educators to change the learning strategies applied so that online learning becomes more effective and not boring. This study aims to analyze and understand the application of quantum teaching and learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative type, where the data collection technique of this research is literature study, the data is taken through journals, articles, books and data from the internet which are declared relevant. It was found that the application of the quantum teaching and learning learning model during the covid-19 pandemic became a very profitable learning strategy which increased student interest while improving learning outcomes. In conclusion, learning with the Quantum Teaching and Learning model is the right and effective choice to be used as a learning model that is applied during the current pandemic.
