Jurnal Hukum Lex Generalis merupakan wadah yang dibentuk untuk menampung karya-karya tulis yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan Hukum di beberapa bidang secara umum. Sesuai dengan namanya yaitu “Lex Generalis” yang merupakan Bahasa Latin yang berarti “Hukum Umum”, Jurnal Hukum ini juga bermuatan karya-karya sivitas akademisi hukum. Pada umumnya tulisan yang ditampung merupakan makalah, opini hukum, artikel dan karya tulis ilmiah residu dari tugas kuliah maupun yang telah diperlombakan. Namun demikian, Editorial tetap menjaga kelayakan dan validitas karya tulis dengan mensyaratkan pencantuman sumbe... see morer-sumber ilmiah dan sumber hukum. Sitasi yang demikian diwujudkan dalam bentuk catatan kaki (Footnote) dan daftar pustaka (Bibliography) dalam setiap tulisan yang termuat.
