The existence of Field Extension Family Planning (field officers) plays animportant role in implementing community development programs and family planning. The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of job competence, work motivation, work environment on the performance of extension of family planning in Pemalang. The study sample consisted of 52 people who were taken from a population of 102 people. Determination of the number of samples by using the formula of Slovin, sampling technique with proporsional random sampling. The analysis of data using multiple regression analysis assisted with SPSS program version 17. The result showed that job competence, work motivation and work environment had a positive and significantly effect on the performance of field officers in Pemalang.
