Abstrak

Textile industry (garment) sector is one of the largest non-oil foreign exchange earner in Indonesia. textile (garment) growing in the area of West Java, especially Klari Karawang district. The phenomenon causes the industry appears similar in operation requires a workforce with a substantial amount. Strategies are needed to manage the company's human resources in the field of satisfaction that may affect turnover intention. Because in case of actual turnover would lead to a loss in the company. This study used a qualitative research approach to the analysis of data triangulation. This research object supervisor textile industry (garmentts) in the district Klari Karawang regency of West Java. Results from this study goal Path leadership style adopted by supervisors in the lead its member line (Sewing operator). Found this leadership style can manage employee satisfaction and turnover intention affects the employees of the supervisors and operators.
