Small businesses play an important role in the national economy, especially the absorption of workers. The problems of this study are: To find out how wingko babat entrepreneurs are able to be have social competentences of entrepreneurs. To find out what affects that can make wingko babat enrtrepreneurs survive in implementing sustainable business plans. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Commitment, Trust, and Network toward Competetitive advantage. Population and samples in this study was all Wingko babat entrepreneur in the city of Semarang, namely 86 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Research results proved that the overall independent variables (Commitment, Trust, and Network) had a significant and positively effect on Competitive Advantage.
