Abstrak

This study attempts to examine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment and remuneration to employee performance . Sampling technique in this study using a non random sampling with convenience sampling method and the primary data. The study population of 326 employees with a sample of 65 employees which taken by convinience sampling. Data processed by the method of multiple regression analysis through SPSS versi 17. The analysis showed that 78.9% of the employee's performance variation can be explained from style of leadership, organizational culture, organizational commitment and remuneration. Remuneration system is the factor most affecting employee performance it is seen from the largest value of the standardized coeficient is 0.568. The results of the analysis showed leadership style, commitment organization and remuneration affect of employees performance while organizational culture did not affect the performance of employees
