: This study was conducted at the Traffic Police Pekanbaru Riau. This study aimed to determine the effects of discipline on members of Traffic Police performance. This study can be used as consideration in applying the provisions of the discipline in improving the performance of Traffic Police in Pekanbaru in the future. Research using primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews, methods of sampling in this study using a random sampling with Slovin's formula. The overall population in this study were 134 people with the sample amounted to 80 people. Analysis of data using simple linear regression. The results stated disciplines have a significant effect in improving the performance of members of the Police Traffic Pekanbaru with determination coefficient of 0.854 or 85.4%, while 14.6% is influenced by other independent variables were not examined in this study.
