Norwegian Programme for Development, Research and Education (NUFU)
The Norwegian Programme for Development, Research and Education (NUFU) was an important framework in the cooperation between Norwegian Universities and institutions in developing countries. The programme was initiated in 1991. In 2012, after four five-year project periods, NUFU was phased out and replaced with the Norwegian Programme for Capacity Development in Higher Education and Research for Development (NORHED).
