Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Materi Menghitung Volume Balok dan Kubus dengan Penggunaan Alat Peraga Kubus Satuan pada Siswa Kelas VI SD Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya

The purpose of this study are: to determine whether the use of props cube units can improve student learning outcomes in the indicator. This study uses action research (action research) by two cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Action research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 3 elementary school of Surabaya and as a research subject is six grade Muhammadiyah 3 elementary school of Surabaya. The data is used as the analysis of data obtained from the observations made by researchers and observers formarif of test results, observation sheet teaching and learning activities. Based on data obtained student achievement has increased from cycle I to II. From the analysis of the data found that students in the classical mastery learning is increased, the first cycle (45%), cycle II (80%). Conclusions from this research is the use of props cube units can improve student learning outcomes in calculating the volume of material beams and cubes in sic grade Muhammadiyah 3 elementary school of Surabaya year 2011-2012.

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Make a Match Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sdn Semolowaru 1 Surabaya

The purpose of this research is to know the influences of cooperative learning model make a match type to learning outcomes on My Place Area theme of students grade IVth SDN Semolowaru 1 Surabaya. The type of this research is experimental research with quasi experiment. The design of this research is nonequivalent control group design. This sample was 58 subjects, with 30 subjects from IV A class classified as a control group and 28 subjects from IV B class that were made into an experimental group. Data collection techniques used pretest and posttest to find out student learning outcomes, while the data analysis techniques used test of normality, test of homogenity, t-test, and n-gain test. The analysis result of t-test showed that tcount> ttable is 3,296> 1,673 and from n-gain test known an increase of 0,4 (medium category) on result study in experiment class after being treated using cooperative learning model make a match type. While the learning outcomes in the control class that were not given any treatment decreased because the calculation of n-gain showed -0.1. It showed that cooperative learning model make a match type have a positive effect on learning outcomes of students grade IVth SDN Semolowaru 1 Surabaya.

Penggunaan Media Permainan Monopoli Mata Pelajaran IPS untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV Sdn Kendalkemlagi Lamongan

Kurikulum yang ada di Indonesia masih menggunakan dua macam kurikulum. Hal ini terjadi di SDN Kendalkemlagi Kecamatan Karanggeneng Kabupaten Lamongan yang masih menggunakan kurikulum 2006. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan siswa selama menggunakan media permainan monopoli, bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa secara klasikal, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penggunaan media permainan monopoli. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Hasil yang diperoleh aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai 76,25% dan siklus II mencapai 84.6% serta siklus III mencapai 93%. Untuk ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 64,9% dan siklus II mencapai 86% serta siklus III mencapai 100%.. Kata Kunci: Media Permainan Monopoli, Hasil Belajar.
