Pengaruh Latihan Fisik Submaksimal terhadap Peningkatan Jumlah Sel Limfosit pada Tikus Putih (Rattus Norvegicus Strain Wistar)
The purpose of this study will reveal physical exercise such asswimming with submaximal intensity of the immune system with anindicator of increased number of lymphocytes. This study design wasrandomized control group posttest-only design with two groups: thetreatment of physical exercise such as swimming with submaximalintensity which is 80-90% of the time achievement exhausted. And then, laboratory results lymphocyte cell counts will be analyzed by paired t-testat the 0.05 significance level. The results of t-test showed that Sig. < α(0.002) <0.05 which means that H0 is rejected so that the data amountlymphocyte cells control and treatment groups there are significantdifferences. The mean value of the treatment group is higher by 73.74%than the value of the control group with a value of 60.20%. Thus, thenumber of lymphocytes in the treatment group is better than the controlgroup. It can be concluded that submaximal physical exercise canincrease the number of lymphocyte cells in rats.
