This study aims to discover teacher's attitude determination to their profession, self-concept, and school climate toward their performance in cluster IV Sukasada in year 2012/2013. This study is an “ex-post facto” research with the total population of 89 people, and sample of 73 people. Data were collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using regression technique. The result shows that: (1) there is a significant determination between teacher's attitude to their profession toward their performance with correlation coefficient of 0.401, and effective contribution of 10,1% (2) there is a significant determination between teacher's self-concept to teacher's performance with correlation coefficient of 0.325, and effective contribution of 5,4% (3) there is a significant determination between the school's climate to teacher's performance with correlation coefficient of 0.337, and effective contribution of 6,1%, (4) Simultaneously, there's a significant determination between teachers' attitudes to their profession, self-concept, and work climate with teacher's performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.465 and contribution of 21.6% on teacher's performance.
