This study aims at investigating the effectiveness of the basic level functional technical training implementation of junior high school religion teachers in Religion Training of the second generation in Hall Denpasar in 2012 viewed from the aspect of context, input, process, and product, and to investigate the obstacles when doing the training. This training used CIPP model evaluation. The data of the research were collected through observation, interview, and document study. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive through converting the score of every variable into T-score and determining the T-score direction of the variable. Further, Glickman Quadrant was used to know the degree of effectiveness. The result of the analysis shows that the variable of context, input, and process are categorized as very effective, while the variable of product is categorized as effective. In general, the result of the training can be categorized as effective.
