The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the determination of adversity quotient, work ethic, and academic qualifications of the counselor's performance. The research was conducted with the Ex Post Facto approach. A total of 42 junior high school counselors in 20 districts, in East Lombok as a sample. The sampling technique used was Multy Stage Sampling. Questionnaire as the main method to collect data, which were analyzed using simple regression.The analysis showed, (1) there is a high adversity quotient determination significantly to the performance of counselors through regression equation Ῡ = 82.600 +0.522 X1 with reg F = 27.314 (p <0.05), (2) a high work ethic significant effect on performance counselor through Ῡ regression equation X2 = 27.122 +0.741 with Freg = 65.452 (p <0.05), (3) academic qualifications to performance significant influence counselor through Ῡ regression equation X2 = 27.122 +0.741 with Freg = 65.452 (p <0.05), and (4) simultaneously adversity quotient determination, work ethic, and academic qualifications on the performance of junior high school counselor in East Lombok, there is significant influence over the regression line equation Ῡ = 24 446 +472 +0.435 X1 +0.876 X2 X3 with Freg = 22 582 (p <0.05) with a contribution of 64.10%. So the counselor performance can be affected by factors, adversity quotient, work ethic, and academic qualifications.
