Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi mikro yang berbeda pada pengorganisasian instruksi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di Chemical Bond (CB). Sebuah desain faktorial 2x2 digunakan untuk percobaan ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Negara I dan III di Gorontalo. Sebuah sampel dari 88 mahasiswa diambil sampling multi stage. Berdasarkan gaya kognitif mereka spasial sampel kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu tinggi dan gaya kognitif spasial rendah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Secara umum, untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di CB, lebih baik untuk menggunakan model Merrill Teori Tampilan Komponen daripada menggunakan model Taba Formasi Konsep; gaya kognitif spasial mahasiswa mempengaruhi siswa belajar hasil di CB. Ada interaksi antara strategi pengorganisasian mikro pada instruksi dengan gaya kognitif spasial siswa. This research is conducted to determine the effect of different micro strategies on organiz­ing instruction to improve students' learning outcomes in Chemical Bond (CB). A 2x2 fac­torial design is used for this experiment conducted at the State High School I and III in Gorontalo. A sample of 88 student was taken using multi stage sampling. Based on their spatial cognitive style the sample is then divided into two groups, i.e high and low spatial cognitive style. The results of this research are as follows: In general, to improve learning outcome in CB, it is better to use the Mer­rill model the Component Display Theory than to use the Taba model the Concept Formation; Spa­tial cognitive style of the students affects students' learning outcome in CB. There is an interac­tion between micro strategy on organizing instruction with students' spatial cognitive style
