Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya determinan dari: (1) kemampuan profesional terhadap kinerja guru, (2) etos keerjaah terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) Kemampuan Profesional, Etos Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional terhadap guru SD tersertifikasi di gugus I dan II Kecamatan Abang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, temuan yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kemampuan professional terhadap kinerja guru (2) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan etoss kerjaa terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru; dan (4) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama kemampuan professional, etos kerja, dan keceerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kemampuan Profesional, Etos Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional memiliki determinasi teradap kinerja Guru.
Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Profesional, Etos Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kinerja Guru The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the magnitude of the determinant of: (1) Professional Ability on Certified elementary teacher performance, (2) Work Ethic on Certified elementary teacher performance, (3) Emotional Intelligence on Certified elementary teacher performance, and (4) Professional Ability, Work Ethic, Emotional Intelligence, on certified elementary teacher performance. To achieve these objectives, the researcher conducted correlation research design to certified elementary teacher performance at Cluster I and II Abang District. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the findings obtained are as follows. (1) there is a significant determination between Professional Ability with Certified elementary teacher performance; (2) there is a positive and significant determination Work Ethic on Certified elementary teacher performance; (3) there is a positive and significant determination Emotional Intelligence on Certified elementary teacher performance; and (4) there is a positive and significant determination correlation among Professional Ability, Work Ethic, Emotional Intelligence on Certified elementary teacher performance. It can be concluded that the variables of Learning Supervision, Principal Managerial Competence, and Principal Ability to Motivate Teachers have a determination on certified elementary teacher performance.keyword : Professional Ability, Work Ethic, Emotional Intelligence, Certified elementary teacher performance
