Abstract

Guidance post-training in forming teacher professionalism in madrasah ibtidaiyah. The purpose of this research was to describe professionalism behavior change of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers after following subject matter training. The research was conducted in four MIN Model NTB Province. Result showed that there were: (1) change in level of teacher proffesionalism after training; (2) main constraints, supports, and alternative solutions in forming teachers proffesional behaviour; (3) a good category of techers' motivation in a teaching and learning planning field; (4) Guidance pattern of teachers proffesional behaviour had components: guidance after training, clinical supervision, and achievement valuation.
